Content creation disclaimer

As a complimentary addition to both packages, I'll capture a selection of short behind-the-scenes iPhone clips throughout the day. These are perfect for sharing on social media and reliving moments shortly after your wedding.

Please note that content creation is not a replacement for a dedicated content creator or videographer. As my primary focus is photographing your wedding, I capture short clips whenever time naturally allows between key photography moments. If you'd like full-day behind-the-scenes coverage or comprehensive video content, I recommend booking a dedicated wedding content creator or videography team.

Second Shooter

A second shooter is an additional photographer who works alongside me to capture your event from multiple angles. This allows for more coverage of candid moments, guest reactions, and details happening at the same time, ensuring nothing is missed — especially during larger or fast-paced events.

A videographer captures your day in motion, preserving the atmosphere, emotions, and moments that photographs alone can’t. Videography is available subject to videographer availability, and a joint photography and videography package may be offered at a discounted rate.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do we book?

Once you've decided you'd like to go ahead, I'll send over a contract and invoice. To secure your date, a signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit are required. Until both have been received, your date will remain open to other enquiries. Once booked, I'll stay in touch leading up to your event and will be happy to answer any questions along the way.

DO YOU TRAVEL?

Yes. Travel is included within my standard coverage area (within 20 miles of my area. Additional travel outside this area may incur a fee, depending on the location.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS/VIDEOS?

Delivery times are agreed with each client individually before or after the event. This can vary depending on the type of coverage. If there are any delays for any reason, I will always communicate this with you and keep you updated.

Will our photos be shared online?

I may share a selection of images on my website, social media, or portfolio to showcase my work. However, I completely understand that some clients prefer to keep their images private. If you'd prefer your photographs not to be shared, simply let me know before your event and I will respect your wishes.

Do you have a recommended videographer?

Yes, I can recommend trusted videographers, subject to their availability.

If you're looking for something simple, I also offer short highlight trailers alongside my photography coverage. Just let me know when enquiring and I can provide more information.

What happens if our event runs late?

I understand that events don't always run to schedule. If additional coverage is needed on the day, I will do my best to accommodate this. Any extra time will be discussed and agreed upon before being added and charged at my standard hourly rate. Coverage after midnight is charged at double rate.

Can we request specific photos?

Of course. I always encourage couples and families to let me know if there are any important moments, traditions, or family groupings they'd like photographed. While I mainly work in a documentary style and capture events as they naturally unfold, I'm always happy to make time for any photographs that are particularly meaningful to you.

WHAT’S YOUR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. If you need to reschedule, I will always do my best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. Cancellations are non-refundable, and full details are outlined in the contract
